Information Theoretic Security for Broadcasting of Two Encrypted Sources under Side-Channel Attacks

We consider the secure communication problem for broadcasting of two encrypted sources. The sender wishes to broadcast two secret messages via two common key cryptosystems. We assume that the adversary can use the side-channel, where the side information on common keys can be obtained via the rate constraint noiseless channel. To solve this problem we formulate the post encryption coding system. On the information leakage on two secrete messages to the adversary, we provide an explicit sufficient condition to attain the exponential decay of this quantity for large block lengths of encrypted sources.Comment: 13 pages, 4 figures. Making Meaningful Choices In Ibsen’s An Enemy Of The People Drama (1882): An Existentialist Criticism

The major issue of this study is how people make meaningful choices for searching meaning of life reflected in Ibsen’s an Enemy of the People drama. The objective of this study is to analyze the drama based on the structural elements and also to analyze the drama based on existentialist criticism. This study belongs to descriptive qualitative research. There are two types of data source, namely primary and secondary data source. The primary data source is the drama itself, meanwhile the secondary data sources are the other materials related to the study. Both of the data are collected through library research and analyzed by descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis the researcher draws the following conclusions. First, based on the structural analysis of each element, it shows that the character and characterization, setting, style, and theme are connected each other. They are unity that makes a good quality of drama. Second, based on the existentialist analysis, there is an existential value in the drama. Henrik Ibsen illustrates an existential phenomenon in which an individual is making attempts to make this life meaningful. Although he has to contradict the majority, he is willing to take the risks and also responsible for his choices

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT PADA PUSKESMAS DI PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Puskesmas Di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sragen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 responden. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan area probability sampling selanjutnya sampel diambil secara incidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan analisis regresi berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bukti langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,001<0,05. Sedangkan kehandalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,038<0,05. Jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,002<0,05. Daya tanggap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,018<0,05. Untuk empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,016<0,05. Secara simultan bukti langsung, kehandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap dan empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan F hitung sebesar 122,806 dengan angka signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,854 yang berarti 85,4 % perubahan variabel kepuasan pelanggan dijelaskan oleh perubahan variabel bukti langsung, kehandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap dan empati secara bersama-sama, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,6 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

The supreme court didn’t make the gradation on the evidence law in the process of the law enforcement on the first stage/pre-trial (investigation and introgation) and the second stage/trial (prosecution and verdict). Meanwhile, the provisions of article 184 KUHAP is related with the provisions of the next article 185, 186, 187, 188, and 189 KUHAP. That proves that the gradation of legal evidence in article 184 is for the second stage/ trial process. The research method used in this research is normative legal research. The research approach used is the statutory approach, the conceptual approach and the cases approach to coercive measures (dwang middelen) in the alleged occurrence of criminal acts for investigators based on the Criminal Procedure Code and the Constitutional Court Decision Number: 21/ PUU-XII/2014. This study aims to analyze disharmony as a legal consequence of the Constitutional Court Decision No. 21/PUU-XII/2014. If the verdict of supreme court aquo has the character final and binding, then after 30 days it was decided and declared in the gazette. As the law effect, all measures from the investigator were guided by KUHAP, in the frame of the force effort (dwang middelen) when the determination of the suspect, the arrest, and the detention is called as the breach of the legality principle and the rechtmatigeheid van bestur principle. That measures is null and void (neitigheid van rechtswege), therefore when tested by the pre-trial process about that measures, then the lawsuit filed by the applicant is very feasible and rasionable based on the law and appropriate to be accepted by the judge of pre-trial examiner

Penciptaan karya seni dengan judul “Penerapan Cerita Pertarungan Rahwana dengan Jatayu Pada Asesori Sepeda Motor Custom” ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan mengenai konsep, tema, bentuk, teknik, proses dan hasil penciptaan karya seni logam dengan menampilkan objek relief cerita pertarungan Rahwana dengan Jatayu. Asesori motor custom sebagai bagian dari Custom Bike atau modifikasi sepeda motor menjadi bagian dari perkembangan zaman yang tumbuh pesat di tengah masyarakat khususnya pada kalangan pecinta roda dua. Proses pembuatan relief dikerjakan menggunakan teknik wudulan, rancapan dan dakndakan dengan bahan utama plat logam tembaga. Setiap relief pada karya menggambarkan adegan dalam cerita pertarungan Rahwana dengan Jatayu secara berurutan dan saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Adapun landasan penciptaan yang digunakan dalam proses penciptaan karya yaitu menggunakan teori Monroe Beardsley, ada tiga ciri yang menjadi siat-sifat membuat baik atau indah dari benda-benda estetis yaitu: kesatuan (unity), kerumitan (complexity), dan kesungguhan (intensity). Dan tiap-tiap karya mengacu pada landasan penciptaan tersebut, (1) Kesatuan, Yaitu pengayaan penggambaran karakter tokoh, ilustrasi dan unsur hias dalam cerita Ramayana yang merujuk pada setiap adegan kedalam kesatuan cerita dan visual yang berurutan. (2) Kerumitan, Unsur kerumitan terdapat pada teknik ukir, teknik las dan finishing serta pembagian setiap adegan yang diwujudkan dalam tiga adegan yang diilustrasikan sesuai intrepretasi penulis sesuai dengan tema cerita. (3) Kesungguhan, Suatu benda estetis yang baik harus mepunyai suatu kualitas tertentu yang menonjol dan bukan sekedar sesuatu yang kosong. This final report is intended to explain about analyzing a problem in Gili Ketapang Island. Waste management on Gili Ketapang Island is needed, because waste management can give advantages on the islanders as well as the Probolinggo City area. The government is one of the most important parts. With the support of government the problem will be solved. The island needs procurement of equipment, temporary shelter building, boat, staff, and funds become the main point. For example, waste collection equipment such as waste carts and bins, as well as construction of temporary shelter in Gili Ketapang Island. The government also needs boat to transport waste and move it to final disposal in Probolinggo City which is located across the sea. Waste management is certainly give another advantages, after the waste management runs and succeeds in making Gili Ketapang Island clean and well organized, the island should be promoted to the public. Gili Ketapang Island has natural beauty underwater, such as clear water, various coral reefs, many species of fish, and white sandy beaches makes the Gili Ketapang Island a good spot for snorkeling and diving (tourism destination). Promotion in the future aims to introduce the island to the wider community. The important advantages of waste management implementation is about economic growth. Distributed Source Coding with Encryption Using Correlated Keys

We pose and investigate the distributed secure source coding based on the common key cryptosystem. This cryptosystem includes the secrecy amplification problem for distributed encrypted sources with correlated keys using post-encryption-compression, which was posed investigated by Santoso and Oohama. In this paper we propose another new security criterion which is generally more strict compared to the commonly used security criterion which is based on the upper-bound of mutual information between the plaintext and the ciphertext. Under this criterion, we establish the necessary and sufficient condition for the secure transmission of correlated sources.Comment: 7 pages, 3 figure. The short version was submitted to ISIT 2021.
